With more than 30 years at DuraPlas, Maxi-Lift and Southwest Agri-Plastics, Paul is an industry innovator. Heavily involved in the companies' business and new product development, he holds several patents for products widely used to make operations more efficient in the agricultural, industrial, energy, and horticultural industries.

A seasoned strategist with experience across industries, Jim has served as Maxi-Lift’s chief financial officer since 2014. He has deftly navigated process improvement, cash flow forecasting, and human resource initiatives. Jim has also taken the lead role in driving organizational efficiencies through innovative system automation.

Prior to starting at Maxi-Lift in 2017, Matt managed several large feed mills, giving him a clear understanding of the company’s customers and the problems they face. This enables him to lead effective growth and sales strategies through personalization and employee engagement.

Matt has worked at Maxi-Lift since 2017 and led sales across our domestic poultry business since 2020. In his current position, Matt uses his decades of agribusiness knowledge, strategic planning abilities, and superior customer service skills to help our customers achieve their goals.

With more than 15 years of experience in sales and business development, Andre is a results-driven leader dedicated to expanding market share and fostering customer satisfaction. Motivated by the challenge of finding innovative solutions for complex problems, he consistently creates value for both customers and the company.
