With the traditional shape of a cast-iron bucket but built from your choice of four strong plastic materials, the Maxi-Tuff AA centrifugal bucket is best for abrasive industrial applications. From its heavy reinforced lip and corners to its thickened back wall for added mounting strength, this bucket soars beyond the standard expectations for toughness.
Choosing Maxi-Tuff buckets can lower your energy usage, save money, and limit elevator downtime. They lighten your elevator up to 80%, last longer than other buckets, and are easy to install and replace when needed.
Handles Abrasive Materials Without a Scratch
Maxi-Tuff AA buckets are built stronger to handle tough and abrasive materials like:
AGGREGATE
Cement
Coal
Concrete
Clay
Fertilizer
Gravel
Limestone
Potash
Salt
Sand
Sawdust
The Secret Ingredients of Our Toughest Buckets
Maxi-Tuff AA buckets come in four food-grade, high-heat, and abrasion-resistant options:
- Poly: Our high-density polyethylene is FDA approved to safely handle food and grain products.
- Nylon: Able to safely handle temperatures between -60°F and 300°F, our nylon works great for your hottest, high-impact, abrasive, and dense products.
- Urethane: The most flexible and abrasion-resistant of the four materials, our urethane buckets are best at resisting product sticking and sharp cutting particles from your heavy, abrasive, and sticky products.
- FDA Nylon: These buckets can handle temperatures up to 300°F and are FDA approved for your high-heat food applications.

Vent Your Buckets
The right venting pattern helps you maintain elevator speed while cleanly filling and discharging light and fluffy or extremely dense and poor-flowing materials. Choose from our four standard venting options or ask for a custom pattern that best fits your application.
#1 Vent
Same holes in body as bolt mounting holes.
#2 Vent
One row of holes on 1-1/8″centers
#3 Vent
Two rows of holes on 1-1/8″centers.
#4 Vent
Same as #3, plus three holes in each end cap.
Custom Vent
Vented as required.
