Product Narrative

The DI-MAX AA ductile iron elevator buckets are engineered to exceed the performance requirements of any industrial application. Compared to malleable iron, ductile iron is far superior in both impact and abrasion resistance.

With mill-duty-thick walls and reinforced back corners, these buckets were built to handle temperatures up to 600°F. With slow-wearing digging edges and toughness throughout, DI-Max AA buckets will last in the most rugged industrial environments.

Strong Metal That Withstands the Heat

Stronger than steel of the same gauge, DI-Max has a Brinell hardness of 297. At Maxi-Lift, we shape this durable material into smooth-surfaced buckets with slow-wear digging edges to supercharge your elevator system.

Invest in longer-lasting, tougher buckets for your hottest and harshest applications. With strong abrasion- and impact-resistance, DI-Max buckets can handle whatever you throw at them for a lifetime.

Most flexible and abrasion resistant. Resists product sticking and sharp cutting particles.

Vent Your Buckets

Some buckets need venting to transfer material properly. If your application needs venting, choose from our four standard options or reach out to discuss custom solutions.

#1 Vent

Same holes in body as bolt mounting holes.

#2 Vent

One row of holes on 1-1/8″centers

#3 Vent

Two rows of holes on 1-1/8″centers.

#4 Vent

Same as #3, plus three holes in each end cap.

Custom Vent

Vented as required.
