Product Narrative
Maxi-Lift's CC-Max agricultural elevator buckets have a patented design that maximizes performance, durability, and efficiency. With lowered ears, the CC-Max buckets fill easier. That saved material has been put into the front corners and front lip of each bucket, maximizing durability. Choose from several material, venting, and spacing options to get the most efficient elevator bucket for your facility. Upgrade your elevator today with CC-Max buckets and achieve exceptional long-term performance for a variety of agricultural applications.
Low-profile
The CC-Max is also available in a low-profile option. Its shorter height makes closer vertical spacing on the belt possible, allowing for more buckets per foot and increased throughput.
Dependable Buckets for All Agricultural Uses
CC-Max buckets are recommended for the following uses:
Wheat
Grain
Barley
Corn
Rice
Salt
Sugar
Flour
Brown Sugar
Nuts
Oats
Coffee beans
Feed
Pellets
Choose Your Material
Our CC-Max line of elevator buckets is made from a variety of plastic materials. You can select the type of bucket that's best for your facility, whether you need food-grade plastic that's FDA-approved or something that can withstand high temperatures. The options we offer include:
- Poly, a high-density polyethylene that's FDA-approved for food and grain products.
- Nylon, the best option for high heat and products that are dense or highly abrasive.
- Urethane, FDA-approved material that's highly flexible and best for sticky or abrasive products.
- FDA Nylon, a food-grade material that performs well in high heat.
Poly
- Application Grains & Food Products Temperature
- Range -60°F to +180°F (210°F intermittent)
- FDA Approved Material Yes
Economical, high density polyethylene. FDA approved material for handling food grade products.
Nylon
- Application Hot, high impact, abrasive dense products
- Range -60°F to +300°F (350°F intermittent)
- FDA Approved Material No
Best for high heat applications, with tough impact and abrasion needs.
Urethane
- Application Heavy, abrasion, sticky materials
- Range -60°F to +180°F (210°F intermittent)
- FDA Approved Material Yes
Most flexible and abrasion resistant. Resists product sticking and sharp cutting particles.
FDA Nylon
- Application Hot, high impact, abrasive food grade products
- Range -60°F to +300°F
- FDA Approved Material Yes
Best for high heat food grade applications, with tough impact and abrasion needs.
Vent Your Buckets
Adding holes to your elevator bucket increases the flow of air, making it easier to fill and discharge. Venting is especially helpful if you're managing extremely dense products or light, fluffy materials such as flour. Increase bucket efficiency and fill them at higher speeds by choosing from several of our venting options. Custom venting is even available.
#1 Vent
Same holes in body as bolt mounting holes.
#2 Vent
One row of holes on 1-1/8″centers
#3 Vent
Two rows of holes on 1-1/8″centers.
#4 Vent
Same as #3, plus three holes in each end cap.
Custom Vent
Vented as required.
