Product Narrative
The Maxi-Tuff MF continuous elevator bucket is the best bucket for fluffy or free-flowing materials or those requiring gentle handling. Like our Maxi-Tuff AA industrial elevator buckets, this option uses a classic shape for steel buckets in high-density plastics that allow for lighter elevators and cleaner discharge.
These buckets have a heavy reinforced lip and corners to extend their lifetime, making elevator maintenance and bucket replacement less frequent and more cost effective. Carry your most delicate materials safely from point A to point B with the gentle support provided by Maxi-Tuff MF buckets.
Made To Support Fragile Materials
Maxi-Tuff MF buckets were created to hold your smaller, lighter, or poorer flowing materials cleanly without losing product. They are best suited for products like:
Alumina
Coffee Beans
Clay
Fertilizer
Pellets
Perlite
Sawdust
Four Tough Materials To Protect Your Product
Maxi-Tuff MF buckets come in four different materials to better meet your needs:
- Poly: For your grains and food products, consider our economical high-density polyethylene buckets. This is an FDA-approved material that can handle temperature conditions between -60°F and 180°F.
- Nylon: Use for your higher heat, high-impact, abrasive, and dense products. These buckets are not approved for food-grade use, but can handle temps up to 300°F.
- Urethane: When dealing with heavy, abrasive, or sticky materials, choose our FDA-approved urethane buckets. This material is the most flexible and abrasion-resistant of the bunch. Like the polyurethane, it can withstand -60°F to 180°F.
- FDA Nylon: For your high-heat or abrasive food applications, use the food safe version of our nylon buckets. In addition to working well in temperatures up to 300°F, these buckets protect against damage from tough impact and abrasion while being FDA approved for food-grade usage.

Vent Your Buckets
Since the Maxi-Tuff MF is designed to handle your lightweight and poorly flowing materials, proper bucket venting is a must. Because these materials tend to trap air when being handled by a bucket elevator, venting provides air relief to assist in their filling and discharge.
As light and fluffy or dense and poorly flowing material enters the bucket, air is released through a series of vent holes, allowing for a more complete fill. These vent holes also allow air to re-enter the bucket at discharge, which facilitates full release of product.
Ask a Maxi-Lift team member about our customizable bucket venting options to find the one that works for you.
#1 Vent
Same holes in body as bolt mounting holes.
#2 Vent
One row of holes on 1-1/8″centers
#3 Vent
Two rows of holes on 1-1/8″centers.
#4 Vent
Same as #3, plus three holes in each end cap.
Custom Vent
Vented as required.
