Material Choices

Maxi-Lift Tiger-CC has four material choices, each suited for a specific application:

  • Poly: This high-density polyethylene elevator bucket handles grain and food products. 
  • Nylon: Best for handling high-impact, hot, and abrasive-dense products. It can withstand temperatures from -60°F to +300°F.
  • Urethane: Ideal for handling heavy, abrasive, and sticky materials with sharp cutting edges. 
  • FDA Nylon: Best for handling high-heat food-grade products. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -60°F to +300°F.

Venting

The Tiger-CC comes with four venting options. If you have special venting requirements, we’ll customize your bucket to your venting specifications.

#1 Vent

Same holes in body as bolt mounting holes.

Group 19
#2 Vent

One row of holes on 1-1/8″centers

Group 21
#3 Vent

Two rows of holes on 1-1/8″centers.

Group 23
#4 Vent

Same as #3, plus three holes in each end cap.

Group 22
Custom Vent

Vented as required.
